PROEDGE is built for customers in the United States who want a premium grooming system delivered clearly, safely, and without surprise shipping fees. This shipping policy explains how orders are processed, how tracking works, and what to do if a package needs attention after dispatch.

Order processing

Orders are reviewed and processed Monday through Friday, excluding federal holidays and carrier closure days. Most in-stock orders are prepared for shipment within 24 hours after successful payment authorization. During high-volume periods, promotions, product launches, severe weather, or carrier network delays, processing may take longer.

United States delivery

Standard United States delivery usually arrives within 3-7 business days after dispatch. Delivery time begins after the carrier receives the package, not when the order is placed. Expedited options may appear at checkout when available for the destination address.

Free US shipping

PROEDGE may offer free standard shipping within the United States on eligible orders. Free shipping applies to the shipping method shown at checkout and does not include optional expedited delivery, address correction fees, refused-package costs, or return shipping unless stated otherwise by support.

Tracking

Tracking is sent to the email address or phone number used at checkout once the shipment is dispatched. Tracking may take 24-48 hours to show the first scan after the carrier receives the package. Customers are responsible for entering a complete and accurate shipping address before placing an order.

Address accuracy

PROEDGE is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect, incomplete, outdated, or undeliverable addresses entered at checkout. If you notice an address mistake, contact support as soon as possible with your order number. We can try to help before dispatch, but address changes are not guaranteed once fulfillment has started.

Lost, delayed, or marked delivered

If tracking has not updated for several business days, or if a package is marked delivered but cannot be found, contact support with your order number and tracking link. Customers should also check mailrooms, front desks, household members, neighbors, parcel lockers, and carrier delivery notes before opening a support case.

Damaged packages

If the shipping box arrives visibly damaged, keep the packaging and contact support within 7 days of delivery. Include clear photos of the outside packaging, shipping label, inner packaging, and product condition so we can review the issue with the fulfillment or carrier partner.

Delays

Carrier delays can happen because of weather, holidays, regional volume, customs screening for certain routes, incorrect addresses, or local delivery restrictions. PROEDGE will help review available tracking information, but we cannot control carrier scan timing or delivery route decisions after dispatch.

Refund policy

We want customers to feel confident before and after purchase. PROEDGE grooming systems are personal-care products, so returns are handled with clear hygiene rules, order verification, and product-condition review. This policy explains what may qualify, what may not qualify, and how refund decisions are made.

30-day return window

Unused items in original packaging may be eligible for return within 30 days of delivery. The return window begins on the carrier-confirmed delivery date. Return requests submitted after 30 days may be declined unless required by applicable law or approved by support because of a verified fulfillment or product issue.

Return condition

Because grooming tools are personal-care products, used blades, foils, guards, attachments, opened hygiene components, or products with hair, residue, oil, water damage, odor, cosmetic damage, or missing accessories may not be returnable unless there is a verified product issue. Returned items must include the original product, dock, charging accessories, guards, manuals, packaging, and any included accessories.

Eligible return examples

An unopened PROEDGE system in its original packaging, a duplicate order that has not been used, an incorrect item that remains sealed, or an accessory ordered by mistake and still in original condition may be eligible for review. Eligibility is confirmed only after support approves the request and the item is inspected if a return is required.

Items that may not qualify

Used grooming heads, opened hygiene components, products with missing serial or order details, damaged packaging caused after delivery, items missing accessories, products altered by the customer, items damaged by misuse, or packages returned without approval may be declined. Final sale, clearance, gift card, promotional replacement, or heavily discounted items may have additional restrictions.

How to start a return

Contact support with your order number, delivery date, reason for return, and clear photos of the product condition. If approved, instructions will be provided before the item is sent back. Do not send a product back without approval, because unapproved returns may be refused, delayed, or ineligible for refund processing.

Return shipping

Unless the return is caused by a verified fulfillment mistake or confirmed product defect, return shipping costs may be the responsibility of the customer. Original shipping fees, expedited shipping fees, shipping protection, gift wrapping, and address correction fees may not be refundable.

Refund timing

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection. Once issued, bank and payment processor timing may vary, and it can take several business days for the refund to appear. PROEDGE cannot issue refunds to a different card, PayPal account, bank account, or third-party payment method.

Damaged or incorrect items

Contact support within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, shipping label, and issue. If the wrong product was sent or the item arrived damaged, support may approve a replacement, refund, or other resolution after reviewing the evidence.

Exchanges

If an exchange is more appropriate than a refund, support will confirm availability and next steps. Exchange approval depends on product condition, inventory, and order verification.

Final sale and hygiene limits

For safety and hygiene reasons, certain opened personal-care components may be treated as final sale. This does not limit review of verified manufacturing issues, delivery damage, or incorrect fulfillment.

Information may be shared with trusted providers such as Shopify, payment processors, fraud-prevention tools, fulfillment partners, shipping carriers, analytics tools, email/SMS platforms, advertising platforms, and support systems only as needed to operate the store and serve customers.

Analytics and performance

Store analytics may help us understand page performance, product interest, traffic sources, device type, conversion behavior, and technical issues. This helps improve mobile layout, checkout reliability, and customer experience.

Advertising and cookies

Product use

PROEDGE grooming tools are intended for personal grooming use according to the included instructions. Do not use the product in unsafe conditions, on damaged skin, near water unless the manual specifically allows it, while charging unless permitted, or in a way that conflicts with the manual.

Safe use

PROEDGE products should be used according to included instructions. Keep tools clean, dry when required, disconnected from power during maintenance, and away from children unless supervised. Stop use immediately if a tool appears damaged, overheats, makes abnormal noise, or causes discomfort.

Intellectual property

Site design, copy, brand assets, product names, images, and other content are owned by or licensed to PROEDGE and may not be copied, resold, or reused without permission.

Third-party services

The store may rely on third-party platforms for checkout, payment processing, fraud review, shipping, analytics, advertising, and customer support. PROEDGE is not responsible for outages, delays, or technical issues caused by third-party systems, but we will work to support customers when issues affect an order.

Warranty

PROEDGE products are built for premium ownership and everyday grooming routines. The warranty is designed to support customers when a verified manufacturing issue appears under normal personal use. Warranty service is based on order verification, product condition, submitted evidence, and review by support.

Warranty term

Eligible PROEDGE grooming systems may include a 2-year limited warranty from the delivery date. The warranty applies to the original purchaser and may require the original order number, purchase email, delivery details, photos, videos, and product information.

What may be covered

Warranty review may cover motor defects, charging failures, dock connection issues, display faults, battery faults, power button issues, or component failures that are not caused by misuse, liquid damage, impact damage, unauthorized repair, neglect, commercial abuse, or normal wear.

What is not covered

The warranty does not cover normal blade dulling, foil wear, guard wear, cosmetic scratches, finish changes from regular handling, dropped tools, broken accessories caused by force, water damage, damage from incorrect chargers, unauthorized modifications, improper cleaning, loss, theft, or issues caused by using the product outside the instructions.

Hygiene and replacement parts

Blades, foils, guards, cleaning brushes, oil, and other hygiene-contact accessories may wear over time and may need replacement as part of normal maintenance. These parts are generally not treated as warranty defects unless support confirms a manufacturing issue from the evidence provided.

How to request review

Contact support with your order number, the email used at checkout, a description of the issue, photos of the full product and accessories, and a short video showing the issue when possible. Support may request additional troubleshooting before approving a replacement, part, repair direction, store credit, or another resolution.

Resolution options

If a warranty claim is approved, PROEDGE may provide troubleshooting, replacement parts, a replacement unit, store credit, or another appropriate resolution depending on the issue, inventory, and product condition. Cash refunds are generally handled under the refund policy, not the warranty policy.

Warranty limits

Warranty coverage is limited to the product purchased from PROEDGE or an authorized store channel. Products purchased secondhand, from unauthorized sellers, or without verifiable order information may be declined.
